What Factors Can Affect Borehole Cost?

1. The underlying Geology and Hydrogeology of the site. This can only be determined after Borehole Siting or Site Survey is Done. After this Borehole Siting or surveying is done, you will receive a Site Report with a proposed point to drill and also the proposed drilling depth.

2. The Borehole Casing type is to be used on the borehole. Borehole Casing is a large-diameter pipe that is assembled and inserted into a recently drilled section of a borehole. There are two sizes of Borehole Casings used in a borehole, the 140mm and/or 180mm Borehole Casings and they come in two pressure classes, Class 6 and Class 10.
